Sharing our Values
Are You Determined or Is the Decision Determined?
Collaboration is only successful when outcomes are not pre-determined. It’s human nature to want a clear path, but it emerges when we create appropriate processes, not mandates or declarations. We must hold our truths lightly.
WHAT WE DO
The liminal space can feel unsettling. It’s uncertain and ambiguous, but it’s also a space that encourages learning, discovery, and connection. It’s a space that promotes experimentation, challenges norms, sparks creativity, and helps communities generate innovative solutions.

LIMINAL COLLABORATION’S STORY
We started Liminal Collaboration because people across the country asked us how to build their collaborative muscles. What we need more than ever right now is collaborative leaders in local communities.
